Real Property & Securities

A gift of real property or securities is another way to enhance the educational opportunities for Fresno State’s students. For example, sales from real property – which can include residences, farms and commercial sites – can help fund scholarships, programs and equipment purchases. These contributions can also provide the donor with a substantial tax deduction.
